What it does

One inbox for every channel

Telegram, Viber, Facebook Messenger and Instagram Direct conversations arrive in a single list. Your staff reply from the Shopify admin.

The customer, not just the message

Each conversation is linked to the Shopify customer: their orders, total spent, contact details and B2B company are shown next to the chat.

Sell in chat

Attach a product card or a ready checkout link to a reply. The customer taps and completes the purchase in Shopify checkout.

Order and delivery updates

When an order is paid or shipped, the buyer gets a message in the same chat they already use, with a link to track the parcel.

How the messaging channels are connected

The merchant connects their own accounts, and remains their owner. For Facebook Messenger and Instagram Direct the merchant authorises DobroChat through Meta’s own login dialog and chooses which Facebook Page or Instagram professional account the app may access. DobroChat then receives the messages sent to that account and delivers the merchant’s replies. Access can be revoked at any time from the app’s settings.

DobroChat never messages a person who has not written to the merchant first, and does not send marketing or bulk messages.
